• Account data: email address, nickname, encrypted password hash.
• Product data: portfolio holdings, transactions, watchlist, analysis history, settings/preferences.
• Security data: login/session metadata, audit logs for sensitive actions.
• BYOK data: optional user API keys (encrypted at rest) and optional OpenAI base URL.
• Operational data: technical logs and service diagnostics needed to run and secure the product.

2) How We Use Information

• Provide account authentication, portfolio tracking, AI analysis, and notifications.
• Maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and investigate suspicious behavior.
• Improve core product quality and troubleshooting.
• We do not sell personal information and do not use personal data for ad targeting.

3) Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/security obligations. If you delete your account from Settings, we remove associated account data, portfolio data, analysis history, watchlist, and related records from active systems.

4) Sharing with Third Parties

• We do not sell or broker your personal information.
• We may send required prompts/data to AI model providers to fulfill your requested analysis.
• We use infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud/email/queue) strictly to operate the service.
• Market data shown in product pages may come from third-party data providers under their license terms.

5) Cookies and Tracking

• Current default usage is limited to essential session/auth functionality.
• Non-essential analytics cookies are disabled unless explicitly enabled by product configuration.
• When analytics tracking is enabled, a cookie/consent notice is displayed on public pages.
